My name is Alexander Jones III, founder of JustBe Co. Known as the Survival Mode Expert, I am a Consultant and Strategist dedicated to moving individuals and organizations from a cycle of reaction to a state of restoration.

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve operated at the highest levels of school culture and behavioral health—from LAUSD and Green Dot Public Schools to Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Psychiatric Departments. After a decade of navigating crisis intervention and high-stakes clinical settings, I now translate that behavioral expertise into practical, skills-based coaching for leaders and teams.

My perspective is rooted in the soil of South Central Los Angeles and Oakland. Growing up in these communities taught me the reality of survival long before I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW). This lived experience allows me to navigate high-pressure environments with an authenticity and "Super Chill" composure that can’t be taught, it can only be earned.
